Diwali or Deepavali is the festival of lights (Deep). It is considered the king of festivals in India. In the middle of autumn i.e. on the occasion of the Ashwin-Kartika months, this festival occurs. We start getting nostalgic with Diwali and it's all about abhyang bath, special rangoli, earthen lamp lighting, kandil (lantern), new clothes, new ornaments, greeting cards, sweet snacks, delicious mouth-melting desserts, forts made by children and firecrackers are all things that make our heart happy.

"लखलख चंदेरी तेजाची आली दिवाळी" - 
नमस्कार श्रोतेहो, दीपावली हा दिव्यांचा उत्सव. भारतामध्ये हा सणांचा राजाच मानला जातो. शरद ऋतूच्या मध्यभागी म्हणजे अश्विन-कार्तिक महिन्यांच्या संधीवर, हा सण येतो. दीपावली म्हटलं की अभ्यंग स्नान, दरवाजासमोर रांगोळी, पणत्यांचा दीपोत्सव, नवीन कपडे, नवीन अलंकार, आकाश कंदील शुभेच्छापत्र, गोड गोड फराळ, मिष्टान्न  भोजन, बच्चेकंपनीने बनवलेले किल्ले आणि फटाक्यांची आतषबाजी या सगळ्या गोष्टी अगदी मनाला आनंदित करणाऱ्या. दिवाळी आबालवृद्ध, स्त्री-पुरुष, गरीब श्रीमंत या सर्वांना आनंद प्राप्त करून देत असते. आज.. मी, सरोज आणि स्वाती तुमच्यासाठी दीपावलीच्या निमित्ताने ‘लखलख चंदेरी तेजाची आली दिवाळी’ हा खास पॉडकास्ट घेऊन आलो आहोत.
